Breathwork was the tool that gave me back my energy, clarity and sense of self and it’s now the work I live to share. Back in 2018 I was in a very dark place, struggling with my mental health and using substances daily to numb out from life. After years of internal chaos I took the most courageous step I've ever taken... at breaking point... I reached out and I Asked For Help!
From this point things began to change. I started to feel more comfortable in my own skin. I began a journey of self-discovery and sought guidance from many coaches / shamans / healers from across the globe. It wasn't always easy but with each step forward I learned how to reconnect with myself in a whole new way.
During this time I spent 2 years studying with Owaken Breathwork and have since guided transformational breakthroughs that can feel like months of therapy in a single session.
I’ve lived this journey, and now I’m here to guide you back to the truest version of yourself, one breath at a time.

Breathwork is a guided practice that uses specific breathing techniques to release stored stress, reset your nervous system and help you reconnect with your true self. It’s simple, powerful and accessible to anyone.
No experience is required. Whether you’re brand new or already on a personal development journey, the Reset, One2One and Blueprint sessions are designed to meet you where you are.
You’ll be guided step by step through breathing patterns set to music. Many people experience emotional release, deep relaxation, mental clarity or breakthroughs that feel like months of therapy in one session.
Yes — breathwork is safe when facilitated correctly. Mark is a certified Owaken Breathwork Facilitator with years of experience. If you have any medical conditions (e.g. heart issues, severe asthma, epilepsy), please check with your doctor before joining. See terms and conditions form.
Meditation calms the mind through stillness and awareness. Breathwork actively engages the body and nervous system, often leading to profound shifts — especially for people who struggle to quiet their thoughts. Both meditation and breathwork will be used extensively in all sessions.
Reset is a single online group session — a powerful introduction.
One2One is a single private online indivdual session — it offers coaching and a customised expereince.
Blueprint is the 90-day programme — including video modules, weekly online meet ups and a high vibe community.
Sessions are run live on Zoom. All you need is a quiet space, headphones, and somewhere comfortable to lie down.
Don’t worry — all modules are recorded and available on demand. While live attendance is encouraged for connection, you’ll always have access to the replays.

One2One: £150per session
Blueprint (90 days): £1,500 -payment plan option-
